Actually this is ESTUARY

Estuary English is a dialect of English widely spoken in South East England, especially along the River Thames and its estuary.

A partial answer to this:

Volt over ohm in country county? 8 letters

Amp = Volt over Ohm

I = V / R

where I is the current in Amperes (amps), V is the potential difference in Volts and R is the resistance in Ohms.

Campbeds? (are they related to the seaside?)

C (country?) + AMP (per Mark's suggestion) + BEDS (county)

Think I've convinced myself that it's not right but it might inspire someone else!

H'mm, I was thinking maybe Campsite but it can't be because that's the answer to another clue in the same quiz.
