Smocks would be the first name to come to mind. However you say the question begins with M - the only other one I can thinks of is Macks i.e. short for macintosh and a familier term for a scotsman.

Shouldn't the word be "mocks" as the clue says guys first then loose fitting garment which is smock and then first to last, s goes at the end?
