39A: Foreboding one won't be there for jury's statement (11)

I can't convince myself whether the answer is :

PRESENTIENT or PRESENTMENT.

Please can one of you clever & generously spirited folk convince me one way or the other?

Thanks in advance, Paul

presentment - an accusation of crime made by a grand jury on its own initiative

whereas presentient means feeling beforehand

Foreboding is presentiment...take the one (i) out of it and you have presentment which is the jury statement

Thanks to you both!
Where I had gone wrong, Chris, was thinking that the Foreboding produced PRESENTIENT, so it didn't add up...or subtract...depending on how you look at it. Cheers, Paul....all my footie related sentiments over weekend have addled my brain.
