I think there may be FRIENDLY island or islands. Not certain, though.

Tonga was originally the Friendly Islands archipelago because of the friendly reception accorded to Captain James Cook on his first visit there in 1773.

As I expect you know, tailless cats are associated with the Isle of Man but I don't see how this with the "two" helps you

Cats are sometimes called TOMS. I don't suppose there is an island called TOM TOM, though.
What else are cats called? PUSS, MOGGY, FELINE...
Any famous cat names in literature or music?
