I think it's have it both ways.

If you look at the words ScrITTI PolITTI they both have the word it in them, both ways hence the clue. (Just figured that out so thought I'd share it.)

I don't think theres any other link than "itti" to be honest, although someone may know otherwise. Checked their discography and there soesn't seem to be a track called "Have It Both Ways".
